Sales Tax
We collect sales tax where required by law based on ship-to location and our nexus. If you hold a valid resale or tax-exempt certificate, provide it during onboarding so we can set up your account appropriately.

Eligibility

You’ll be asked to confirm you are a trade professional. Typical documentation (one or more): business license, resale certificate, contractor/designer credentials, or company website/portfolio.

How to Apply

  1. Create an account: call +1 (833) 777-2962 or use Create an Account (store link).

  2. Email your details: send to info@smokeforges.com or use the Contact Us form with:

    • Name

    • Email and phone

    • Company name & website (if available)

    • Trade/business type

    • Typical products/brands and expected monthly volume

    • Resale/tax-exempt certificate (optional, if applicable)

  3. Approval & setup: after review, we’ll activate your Pro account and provide your partner pricing and/or Pro discount codes for eligible items.

Ordering & Payments

  • Orders are placed directly on smokeforges.com under your Pro account or via your rep.

  • We accept major credit cards and other methods shown at checkout.

  • Quotes for multi-line or project orders available upon request.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard delivery windows and carrier methods depend on the item (parcel vs. freight/LTL).

  • Freight deliveries are curbside and require a signature; the carrier will coordinate a delivery window.

  • Liftgate service and white-glove options may be available for an additional fee—ask your rep.

  • Tracking is emailed once the order ships.

Returns & Cancellations (Pro Orders)

  • Unused, new items in original packaging may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery; RMA required.

  • Return shipping and up to 15% restocking fee may apply for buyer’s remorse.

  • Damaged or defective items are handled at no extra cost—inspect at delivery and note/photograph any issues; contact us immediately.

  • Custom, made-to-order, installed, or used items are not returnable unless defective under warranty.

Pricing & Exclusions

  • Partner pricing applies to eligible SKUs and may exclude certain brands/lines subject to MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policies.

  • Partner discounts cannot be combined with certain promotions, coupons, or price matches unless explicitly stated.

  • Pricing and eligibility are subject to change without notice.

Misuse & Program Terms

Smokeforges may modify or revoke Pro benefits for misuse (e.g., public coupon sharing, policy violations, excessive returns, or MAP violations). The program is intended for project purchasing, not coupon resale or public discounting.
