Smokeforges Order & Return Policies

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please contact us so we can provide a digital receipt.

  • This confirmation means we have received your order and your payment has been authorized.

  • We will then confirm stock availability. If an item is on backorder or unavailable, we will notify you by email so you may choose to wait or request a full refund.

  • If your item is in stock, we will process your order and prepare it for shipment.


Order Shipment

  • Estimated processing and shipping times are listed on each product page.

  • Standard delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after shipment.

  • For rush shipping options, please contact our customer service team.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information (usually within 24 hours of shipment). If you do not receive tracking within four business days, please contact us at info@smokeforges.com.

  • Large freight shipments require a signature upon delivery. The freight carrier will call you in advance to arrange a delivery appointment.


Product Quality Guarantee

  • Please inspect your items at delivery. If you see visible damage, refuse the package and note the damage on the delivery receipt.

  • If you accept delivery and later discover damage, contact us immediately at info@smokeforges.com with photos.

  • We will file an insurance claim and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


Cancellations & Refunds

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are new, unused, and in original packaging with all parts included.

  • Damaged or defective items: No restocking fees or return shipping costs apply.

  • Customer remorse (no damage/defect): Customer is responsible for return shipping and any restocking fees (typically up to 15%). Refunds will cover the remaining balance after these costs.

  • Items returned must include a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by Smokeforges.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.


Important Notes

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, even if your order qualified for “free shipping.”

  • Products that are damaged during the return process, missing parts, or not in original condition may not qualify for a refund.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring products comply with local building codes or inspection requirements before purchase.
