Smokeforges Backorder Policy
At Smokeforges, we do our best to keep items in stock. However, from time to time, certain products may be placed on backorder due to high demand or supplier delays.
Payment for Backorders

Payment is processed at the time your order is placed, even if the item is on backorder.

This ensures your order is reserved and prevents issues with expired or invalid payment methods during fulfillment.

Processing payment at checkout also helps us minimize fraud risks and keep overall costs lower for our customers.
While You Wait
If you place an order for a backordered product, you have the following options:

Switch to another product – Browse comparable products on our site. If you choose to switch, place a new order and contact us so we can cancel and refund the original order.

Cancel your order – If your order has not shipped, you may cancel it for a full refund. Please email info@smokeforges.com with your request. Refunds generally post within 4 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If we do not hear from you, your backorder will remain active, and we will continue to work with the manufacturer to fulfill your order as soon as stock becomes available.
