At Smokeforges, we are committed to offering competitive prices on all our products. If you find the same item for less, we will match the price or refund the difference—so you can shop with confidence.

How It Works

• If you find a lower price on an identical product from an authorized online retailer within 30 days of your purchase, contact us and we will refund the difference.

• If Smokeforges lowers the price of the same item on our own website within 30 days of your order, we will refund the difference automatically upon request.

How to Request a Price Match

1. Email us at info@smokeforges.com with:

   • Your order number

   • A direct link to the competitor’s product page (or Smokeforges page if our price dropped)

2. Our team will verify eligibility and process the refund to your original payment method.

Exclusions

• Rebates, coupons, clearance items, flash sales, or “buy one, get one” promotions are not eligible.

• Items must be in stock and available for immediate shipment.

• We do not match auction or marketplace sites (e.g., eBay, Amazon third-party sellers, Overstock, etc.).

• The competitor must be an authorized U.S. retailer of the same brand/product.

• Price comparisons are based on the final delivered price (including product price, sales tax, and shipping).
