We want you to shop with confidence at Smokeforges. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Requests made after 30 days are not eligible.
Return Eligibility
Items must meet the following conditions to be accepted for return:

Unused, in original condition, with tags, and in the original packaging

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Items that arrive damaged or in a non-working state

Items that never arrive (Smokeforges will verify with the carrier)
Important: Customers must notify us of damage or defects within 7 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return

Contact us at info@smokeforges.com to request a return.

If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide a prepaid shipping label (when applicable).

Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted.

Do not return products directly to the manufacturer.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If rejected (e.g., product not in acceptable condition), we will contact you with next steps.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need the same item exchanged, email info@smokeforges.com within 30 days of delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

Contact your bank (processing delays are common).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items (buyer’s remorse).

Smokeforges covers return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Some products may be subject to a restocking fee (up to 15%), which will be disclosed before the return is processed.
