Stock availability is then verified. If any item is backordered or unavailable, we will contact you so you can choose to wait for restock or request a full refund.
If your item is in stock, we will process the order and prepare it for shipment promptly.

Product Quality & Inspection
Please inspect your items at the time of delivery.

If you see visible damage, refuse the package and note the issue on the carrier’s delivery receipt.

If damage is discovered after delivery, contact us immediately at info@smokeforges.com with photos of the damage.
We’ll file an insurance claim and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Cancellations & Refunds
Most products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are new, unused, and in their original packaging with all parts included.

Defective or damaged items: No restocking fee or return shipping cost.

Customer remorse (no defect): Return shipping and a restocking fee (up to 15%) may apply. Refunds will reflect the remaining balance after these costs.

All returns require a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by Smokeforges.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Smokeforges Backorder Policy
At Smokeforges, we strive to keep all products in stock and available for immediate shipment. However, due to high demand or manufacturer production delays, some items may occasionally be placed on backorder.
Payment for Backorders
Payment is processed at the time your order is placed, including for backordered items. This ensures:

- There are no issues with expired or invalid payment methods during fulfillment
