At Smokeforges, our goal is to keep the ordering and delivery process clear, predictable, and transparent. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
Shipping Costs & Sales Tax
Free standard shipping is available for eligible orders within the contiguous United States.
Sales tax is collected where required under applicable law. Applicable tax amounts are calculated and displayed during checkout before order confirmation.
Shipping Locations
Smokeforges currently ships to addresses within the lower 48 United States only.
We do not currently ship internationally, to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.
Orders placed with unsupported address types may be delayed or canceled if an alternative address cannot be provided.

Kokomo Grills — Outdoor Kitchen Products
Kokomo Grills products are manufactured and prepared for shipment based on current production scheduling and available inventory components. Certain specialty configurations, custom components, or manufacturer-supplied parts may occasionally extend standard lead times.
If a temporary inventory shortage, backorder, or special-order component affects your order timeline, Smokeforges will provide updated shipping information using the contact details provided at checkout.
Custom finishes, specialty materials, and non-standard configurations may require additional production time.
Other Brands
Lead times for other brands are listed on individual product pages. If you have questions about a specific product, contact us before placing your order.
Delivery estimates are provided for reference and may vary depending on inventory availability, carrier operations, weather conditions, freight scheduling, and manufacturer production timelines.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.
Order Cutoff & Handling Time
Orders placed before 1:00 PM PST on business days are typically submitted for processing the same business day.
Orders placed after cutoff time, on weekends, or on holidays are processed on the next business day.
Standard handling time is 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Order Modification Window
Address changes, item changes, or cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order. Once an order enters fulfillment or shipment processing, modifications may no longer be possible.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that your order has been received and payment authorization has been completed.
If inventory issues or backorders affect your order, we will contact you with updated information and available options.
Order Shipment
If your item is in stock and payment is approved, orders typically ship within 1–3 business days unless a different lead time is listed on the product page.
Tracking information is sent by email after shipment.

Carrier Delays
Carrier transit times may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, carrier service interruptions, high shipping volume periods, or other operational factors outside our control.
If your shipment experiences a significant delay, contact us at info@smokeforges.com and our team will assist where possible.
Freight (LTL) Deliveries
Large or heavy items may ship via freight delivery service.
When your shipment reaches the local delivery terminal, the freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
Freight deliveries are generally curbside or driveway delivery only.
A valid phone number is required at checkout. An adult must be available during the scheduled delivery appointment.
Carrier fees related to missed appointments, re-delivery attempts, storage, or address corrections may be the responsibility of the customer.
Backorders
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you by email with updated availability information and available options.

Tracking Your Order
Tracking information is sent by email once your order ships.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking information shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate the package:
Claims for missing packages should be submitted promptly after delivery confirmation.
Damages
Please inspect your shipment upon delivery.
If visible damage is present:
Retain all packaging materials until the issue has been reviewed.
Delivery Exceptions & Refused Shipments
If severe shipping damage is visible during delivery, you may refuse the shipment.
Please photograph the shipment and notify Smokeforges promptly with your order number and supporting photos.
Returned to Sender
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery unrelated to shipping damage, additional shipping charges or restocking fees may apply.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

Delivery Responsibility & Surcharges
Additional carrier fees related to freight delivery appointments, address corrections, storage, or special delivery requirements are not included in standard shipping coverage.
