A big vertical chamber

Four racks give large cuts and multi-item cooks room to breathe.

The 960-square-inch cabinet is rated for up to 16 chickens, 6 turkeys, 8 pork butts or 8 racks of ribs, with a window that lets you check progress without immediately opening the cooking chamber.

Simple propane control

Connect the tank, set the dial and use the ignition button to start the flame.

The ThermoTemp system manages burner output around the selected setting. A woodchip tray adds smoke flavor, while the removable water bowl and adjustable air damper help with moisture and smoke control.
