A rotating 16-inch cordierite stone works with Blackstone's 2Stone and Crust Control technologies to support pizza cooking. The included peel and holster keep the tools for loading and serving close to the oven.
Dual side shelves provide space for ingredients and trays, with hooks for tools. The 304 stainless steel mobile cart includes a soft-close propane cabinet and four locking swivel casters, finished with brass accents.
