Switch from reversible cast iron grill grates to the flat-top surface for pancakes, eggs, vegetables, fajitas or smash burgers, then return to the charcoal chamber for smoking and searing.

Digital charcoal management

Load the hopper, set the temperature and let the fan regulate the fire.

The app can manage temperature, alerts and up to four meat probes. Masterbuilt rates the 800 to reach 225°F in about 8 minutes and 700°F in about 14 minutes, with up to 10 hours from a loaded hopper.
