This size-specific SloRoller insert redirects heat and smoke through the ceramic cooking chamber and includes a stainless steel cooking rack for the smoking setup.
The formed chamber is designed to circulate heat and smoke around the food during lower-temperature cooks instead of sending the fire directly toward the cooking surface.
The included stainless steel rack completes the SloRoller cooking position without requiring a separate grate purchase.
