A Linear Flame Sized to Follow the Seating

Pallas is built for sectionals, facing sofas, and long terraces. Three footprints let the fire line scale with the furniture, while a low 14-inch profile keeps the flame visually connected to seated guests.

  • Up to 230,000 BTU: maximum manufacturer-rated output, depending on configuration
  • Three footprints: 60 × 24, 72 × 24, or 72 × 36 inches
  • Hand-cast GFRC: architectural concrete with a crisp linear profile
  • Natural gas configuration: online variants are natural gas; contact us to confirm a liquid propane build

Choose the Proportion, Then Build the Room Around It

The slim 60-by-24-inch version fits tighter residential layouts. Both 72-inch options extend the flame alongside larger sectionals and hospitality seating.

Every proportion keeps the same low architectural stance, giving the patio a clean horizontal anchor by day and a broad ribbon of flame after dark.

  • Made to order: approximately 6–8 weeks before transit
  • Final sale: verify size, finish, fuel, access, and installation requirements before ordering
  • Curbside freight: plan the path and help needed for final placement

Pallas Dimensions

Map the complete vessel footprint together with seating depth, circulation, published burner clearances, gas routing, and delivery access before ordering.

60 × 24”60” L × 24” W × 14” H

The Composed Line

A lean five-foot format for a single sofa, narrower terrace, or courtyard.

72 × 24”72” L × 24” W × 14” H

The Long Ribbon

A six-foot run that follows sectionals while keeping seating closer to the flame.

72 × 36”72” L × 36” W × 14” H

The Statement Slab

More concrete ledge space and visual mass for large residential or hospitality settings.

Planning note: Product dimensions describe the vessel only. Your completed layout also needs safe burner clearances, room for furniture and circulation, a suitable base, gas access, and a clear delivery route.

Built for Outdoor Projects

Hand-Cast Structure from End to End

Pallas uses glass fiber reinforced concrete to hold its long, crisp planes while reducing mass compared with conventional solid concrete construction. Each vessel is cast and finished by hand in Denver, Colorado.

The Warming Trends Crossfire brass burner is sized to the selected configuration, with adjustable flame control through the included key valve.

Linear Geometry

Designed to place warmth along sofas, sectionals, and paired seating.

Brass Burner

Crossfire system rated up to 230,000 BTU, depending on configuration.

Complete Package

Burner, plate, valve, flex hose, lava rock, cover, and leveling feet are included.

Concrete Finishes

Four Tones for the Surrounding Architecture

Finish samples and screens can display color differently. Natural variation in hand-finished concrete is expected.

Birch

A warm light neutral for pale stone, limestone, and natural wood palettes.

Smoke

A balanced mid-grey suited to contemporary hardscapes.

Carbon

A deeper charcoal that adds visual weight and contrast around the flame.

Onyx

A near-black option for high-contrast modern installations.

Finish disclosure: Color, movement, texture, and small surface characteristics will vary from online images and physical samples. Small hairline lines may form during curing as moisture leaves the concrete; the manufacturer states these should not affect long-term stability and are not considered manufacturing damage.

Plan Before Ordering

Fit, Gas & Freight

  • Match the vessel length to the usable seating line rather than patio width alone.
  • Map the full footprint, furniture depth, circulation, clearances, and gas route before ordering.
  • Use a stable, level, non-combustible base that supports the vessel evenly along its length.
  • Have a qualified gas professional confirm pressure, line sizing, regulator requirements, and capacity.
  • Measure gates and pathways carefully; a 72-inch vessel needs a planned route from curb to patio.
Made to order · final sale: The standard production estimate is approximately 6–8 weeks before transit and may vary with configuration, workload, and carrier scheduling. Verify dimensions, finish, fuel type, delivery access, and installation requirements before purchase.

Common Questions

Pallas Buying Guide

How do I choose among the three sizes?
Match the flame line to the seating line. The 60-by-24-inch model suits one sofa or a tighter terrace; the 72-by-24-inch version follows a longer sectional; the 72-by-36-inch model adds ledge depth and a stronger architectural footprint.
Can Pallas be ordered for propane?
The variants currently selectable on this page are configured for natural gas. Contact Smokeforges before ordering so a current liquid propane configuration, price, and production estimate can be confirmed.
What clearances should be planned?
The published burner diagram calls for 120 inches of vertical clearance and 36 inches of horizontal clearance from the burner to combustible materials, plus 18 square inches of ventilation on each of two opposing sides. A qualified installer should confirm the project.
What warranty applies?
Studio Nisho currently lists a one-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects on the vessel and a lifetime manufacturer warranty on the brass burner, subject to the manufacturer's current written terms.
How is Pallas delivered?
Pallas ships by curbside LTL freight unless another service is confirmed in writing. Measure the delivery path and plan suitable labor or equipment for final placement.
