The laser-cut half-moon grate replaces wide conventional grate gaps with a patterned 304 stainless steel surface designed to support smaller or more delicate foods over the fire.
The laser-cut groove pattern reduces the open space beneath food while still allowing heat and smoke to move through the grate.
Its half-moon format also lets you pair it with another compatible cooking surface on the opposite side of the grill.
