This unfinished version lets you coordinate the surround with nearby walls, paving and outdoor kitchen finishes. Start with the fireplace footprint, then choose suitable noncombustible cladding rather than treating a decorative photo as a construction drawing.
Details that make a difference
Stone, brick, tile and other appropriate noncombustible finishes can help the fireplace fit the setting. Your installer must account for heat exposure, ventilation and access to the burner and controls. Finish materials and installation labor are separate from the fireplace.

The published burner lengths are 24, 36 and 48 inches for the 72-, 84- and 96-inch models respectively. Compare the overall width with your seating arrangement and confirm the model-specific installation drawing before preparing the site.
This is an outdoor gas fireplace, available for natural gas or liquid propane. Choose the gas type that matches your installation. Do not use wood, charcoal or other solid fuels. A qualified installer must confirm fuel pressure, gas-line capacity, shutoff access, clearances and ventilation for the selected model.
