Two independently controlled U-shaped burners deliver 36,000 BTU across a broad stainless cooking surface. The included lid, illuminated knobs, and pull-out grease tray make the griddle a practical everyday station—not a specialty appliance that only gets used on weekends.
Run one side hot for browning while the other holds a gentler temperature for vegetables, eggs, or finished food. The full-length grease trough feeds a removable tray for more direct cleanup after a large cook.

Because built-in flanges normally overhang an opening, verify the required opening, support, ventilation, and utility locations against the current document and delivered appliance before cutting stone or cabinetry.
In-stock Kokomo products generally process within 1–3 business days and transit in about 3–7 business days. Large items may arrive by scheduled LTL freight with curbside or driveway service. Inspect the shipment before signing and keep the packaging until the product has been checked.
