The Flat Iron E8428 uses three independently controlled burners across a 520 sq. in. steel griddle surface, with 36,000 BTU total output, wind shields and a folding cart for a balance of cooking capacity and storage-friendly design.
Separate burner controls make it easier to cook foods that need different heat levels at the same time, from lower-temperature breakfast items to higher-heat searing.
The E8428 includes a folding side shelf and bottom shelf for prep and storage, plus a slide-out grease drawer. Its folding cart and handle are designed to make storage and repositioning more manageable once the unit is cool.
