Product Overview
The One Series 40" Grill is a large-format outdoor cooking unit designed for wood- or charcoal-fired use. It features a circular carbon steel cooktop mounted on a single-piece steel body and is intended for residential outdoor environments such as backyards and patios.

Design & Construction
The grill body is constructed from Corten weathering steel, which develops a natural surface patina when exposed to outdoor conditions. The cooktop is manufactured from solid carbon steel. Surface appearance, coloration, and texture may change over time due to heat exposure, seasoning, and weather.

Cooking Surface & Heat Zones
The circular cooktop supports cooking at varying heat levels depending on distance from the center fire and fuel management. Higher heat is typically closer to the center opening, with lower heat toward the outer areas. Cooking results vary based on fuel type, quantity, airflow, and environmental conditions.

Use & Configuration
Designed for outdoor cooking using hardwood or charcoal fuel. The center opening allows access to the fire and compatibility with optional accessories such as a center grill grate. Once fully cooled, the cooktop may be removed to access the fire bowl. Use as a fire feature depends on setup and applicable local regulations.
