The One Series 40 is the largest expression of Arteflame’s purest design: a body precision laser-cut from a single piece of US CORTEN steel and hand-shaped so the base and bowl flow as one uninterrupted form. No bolted base, no visual seams — from the ground to the fire, it’s one continuous line.
On top of that sculpture sits over 1,250 square inches of solid carbon steel cooktop with a live fire at its center. Sear steaks over the flame, work the griddle zones mid-surface, hold sides warm at the rim — and when the plates are cleared, it burns on as the fire bowl the whole gathering settles around.
Laser-cut from one sheet of CORTEN and shaped by hand, the One Series body has no separate base — the form rises unbroken from the ground to the cooktop. It’s the design detail people notice before the food.
The cooktop heats from the center outward, splitting naturally into sear, griddle, and warming zones. An entire multi-dish meal cooks at once and lands on the table hot together.
The center grate sits directly over the flame and climbs past 1,000°F — steakhouse-grade searing heat, with a ½″ carbon steel cooktop around it that cooks like seasoned cast iron.

Carbon steel takes seasoning like cast iron but conducts heat quickly and evenly, and at ½″ thick the surface holds steady temperatures across its zones. Scrape it while warm, wipe with a light coat of oil, and the low-stick patina builds with every cook.
Wood, charcoal, or a mix. Hardwood brings smoke character and the best fire-bowl glow; charcoal delivers steady, predictable heat for longer sessions over that big cooktop.
