Bring a full outdoor breakfast or an evening of griddle cooking together on the Napoleon Phantom Rogue PRO 30. The matte-black cart pairs a rust-resistant stainless steel cooktop with four burners, giving you space to organize the meal and adjust the heat. White backlit knobs keep the controls easy to see as daylight fades.
The reinforced 430 stainless steel cooktop offers 480 square inches of cooking area. Four burners provide up to 33,600 BTU, so you can work with hotter and gentler settings as the menu requires. The flat surface handles smaller ingredients that would fall through an open grate, while the warming rack holds finished food clear of the main cooking area.
A removable side-shelf caddy carries ingredients from the kitchen and keeps them organized beside the griddle. Its prep-station lid adds a useful working surface, and integrated tool hooks keep utensils within reach. Folding side shelves reduce the overall width for storage. Four locking casters let you position the cooled cart and secure it before cooking.
The front-access grease cup simplifies collecting residue during cleanup. Electronic ignition starts the burners, and the dual-pivot LIFT EASE lid opens away from the cooking surface. Keep that lid open during cooking; it is designed to protect the cooktop when the griddle is not in use. Follow the manual’s cleaning instructions to care for the stainless surface.

Natural Gas (RP30FTNK-PHM): Choose this version for a permanent natural gas supply. The natural gas hose and quick-disconnect fitting are included; upstream piping and valves are not included.
