Product Overview
The 40" Grill with High Euro Base is an outdoor cooking unit designed for wood- or charcoal-fired use. It features an elevated base configuration intended to raise the cooktop to a higher working height compared to standard ground-level models. This grill is designed for outdoor environments such as patios and outdoor kitchens.
Design & Construction
The grill base and fire bowl are constructed from Corten steel, a weathering steel that develops a natural surface patina when exposed to outdoor conditions. The cooktop is manufactured from carbon steel and supplied as a solid circular surface. Changes in surface color and texture may occur over time with use and exposure to heat and weather.
Cooking Surface & Heat Zones
The carbon steel cooktop supports cooking across varied heat areas based on proximity to the fire source and fuel management. Higher heat may be present closer to the center opening, with lower heat toward the outer areas. Cooking results vary depending on fuel type, quantity, airflow, and environmental conditions.
Height Configuration
The High Euro Base is designed to elevate the cooktop to an approximate working height. Final height may vary slightly depending on placement surface and installation conditions.
Use & Application
Designed for outdoor cooking using wood or charcoal. The center opening allows access for fuel management and compatibility with optional accessories. Once fully cooled, the cooktop may be removed to access the fire bowl. Use as a fire feature depends on setup and local regulations.
