How the System Works

Live Fire at the Center, Graduated Heat Across the Cooktop

The cooktop heats from the center outward, creating hotter searing areas near the flame and gentler zones toward the outside edge.

The fire bowl can be lifted from the base for standalone fire-pit use after the cooking system is removed and all components have cooled.

Direct flame and fuel access at the middle of the grill.

Flat-Top Zones

Heat generally decreases toward the outside edge.
