How the System Works

Live Fire at the Center, Graduated Heat Across the Cooktop

The center opening provides direct access to the live fire while the surrounding flat top supports griddling, searing, and warming zones.

The removable fire bowl can serve as a standalone fire pit once cooking components are removed and fully cool.

Platinum uses a stainless fire bowl and a stainless or black base. Corten models intentionally develop a weathered patina.

No. The cooking surface is carbon steel and requires seasoning, even though the fire bowl and selected base are stainless or black.
