Product Overview
The 40" Platinum Series Euro Base Grill is an outdoor cooking unit designed for wood- or charcoal-fired use. This model combines a stainless steel fire bowl with a carbon steel cooktop and a Euro-style base assembly. Design & Construction
The fire bowl is manufactured from spun stainless steel, selected for use in outdoor and high-heat environments. The cooktop is produced from solid carbon steel. The base assembly is constructed from metal components and is available in multiple finish options depending on configuration. Surface appearance and coloration may change over time with use, heat exposure, and environmental conditions.

Cooking Surface & Heat Zones
The circular carbon steel cooktop allows cooking at different heat levels depending on distance from the center fire and fuel management. Higher heat is typically closer to the center opening, with lower heat toward the outer areas. Cooking results vary based on fuel type, quantity, airflow, and environmental factors. A removable center grill grate allows optional direct-heat cooking.

Use & Configuration
Designed for outdoor cooking using hardwood or charcoal fuel. Once fully cooled, the cooktop may be removed to access the fire bowl. The unit may also be used as an open fire feature when not cooking, depending on setup and applicable local regulations.
