Big Joe II keeps the 24-inch, 450-square-inch ceramic platform and adds the Air Lift hinge and Kontrol Tower top vent for easier dome handling and more refined manual airflow control.

The lid and vent are the upgrades you interact with every time you cook.

The counterbalanced Air Lift hinge reduces the effort required to raise the large ceramic dome. Up top, the Kontrol Tower supports repeatable airflow settings while the charcoal fire remains fully manual.

Room to configure the cook

Use the 24-inch grate as one broad surface or split it into zones.

The 2-tier Divide & Conquer rack supports compatible half-moon grates and surfaces at different heights, making direct, indirect and specialty-surface cooking easier to combine.
