The Flat Iron Premium 8536 pairs a 775 sq. in. steel griddle surface with four independently controlled burners, closed-cart storage and folding prep shelves. It is built for cooks who want separate temperature zones across one large propane-powered surface.
Four individual burner zones let you divide the cooktop between lower-heat items and hotter searing zones instead of treating the entire griddle as one temperature.
The 8536 adds two folding side shelves, a bottom shelf and enclosed cart storage for tools and cooking supplies. A slide-out grease drawer provides accessible cleanup, while the hinged lid covers the cooking surface between uses and can help hold heat over food during a cook.
