The Professional 40-inch grill is built for larger outdoor kitchens and cooks that need several temperatures at once. Five cast stainless steel burners, heat-zone separators, an infrared rear burner, interior lighting, and illuminated knobs support everything from direct grilling to rotisserie-style roasting.
Interior grill lights and illuminated knobs keep the cooking surface and controls visible during evening service. Independent valves and heat-zone separators let you create a high-heat searing side, a gentler roasting area, and a holding zone in the same cookbox.

Verify cutout dimensions, clearances, ventilation, fuel, and utility requirements against the current manufacturer documentation and the delivered appliance before fabrication.
Plan the electrical supply for the lights before the island is closed. Use a non-combustible enclosure and follow the current manual for ventilation, combustible clearances, gas pressure, and service access. Final gas connection and leak testing should be completed by a qualified professional.
