A front-operated crank raises and lowers the charcoal tray, while three heat-zone separators and adjustable front dampers help you shape the fire across the cooking surface. The result is a built-in charcoal grill that can sear, cook indirectly, and hold food without moving the entire grate.
Raise the coals for concentrated searing or lower them for gentler cooking. Separators let you load different fuel levels across the tray, while the dampers control airflow without reaching into the island.

Use a fully non-combustible enclosure and follow local rules for solid-fuel appliances, overhead clearance, and smoke management.
