The Napoleon Rogue PRO 425 gives you 3 main burners for organizing your cook, from a quick weeknight dinner to a longer weekend meal. An infrared side burner adds a separate place to sear steaks or prepare sauces while the main grill handles the rest of the meal.
Heat control for the way you cook
Black versions use porcelainized cast iron WAVE grids for heat retention; Stainless Steel versions use stainless steel WAVE grids. Dual-level stainless steel sear plates sit below the cooking surface to help manage drippings.
Individually controlled main burners let you arrange direct and indirect cooking zones. JETFIRE ignition lights each main burner, while the warming rack keeps another level available above the main grids.
A dedicated place for the finishing sear
The infrared SIZZLE ZONE side burner gives steaks a focused finishing sear and can also handle sauces or side dishes. That frees the main cooking area for foods that need more space or a different pace.
This SIB model includes the infrared side burner but does not include a rear rotisserie burner. It suits cooks who want the added searing station without moving to the PRO-S RSIB configuration.
Details that make the patio work
White backlit control knobs help you see the controls after dusk. A folding side shelf reduces the space needed for storage, while the cabinet cart keeps the grill freestanding rather than requiring a built-in cutout.
Choose propane for a cylinder-based setup or natural gas for a suitable fixed supply. These are separate factory configurations. Compare the open-lid height and shelf-down width below with your patio layout before ordering.
