The Patio Pro 1616 packs a 250 sq. in. cast-iron cooking surface into a compact barrel-grill footprint, with an insulated steel body, airflow control, side shelf and wheeled cart for practical everyday charcoal cooking.
The Patio Pro is designed for cooks who want the flavor and control of charcoal but do not need a full-size barrel grill.
The side damper manages airflow for temperature control, while the EasyDump ash pan provides direct access to ash after the grill has completely cooled.
If you want a traditional barrel-grill setup but have limited room, the 1616 keeps the cooking footprint compact while retaining the features that matter most: cast-iron grates, adjustable airflow, ash access and prep space.
Char-Griller publishes 5-year rust-through and burn-through coverage for the charcoal grill hood and bottom, with 1-year coverage for the ash pan and defective parts, subject to registration, proof of purchase, exclusions and the manufacturer’s full warranty terms.
