Santa Maria cooking that travels
The BBQ03SS MINI shrinks Tagwood's original BBQ03SS into a compact 304 stainless steel grill for tailgates, vacation homes and smaller patios. It keeps the brasero, the adjustable grate, the griddle and the hooks, in a 41" wide frame on casters.
01 · Compact and mobile
Built to roll, not to carry
At 41.4" high, 41" wide and 18" deep, the MINI fits in a trailer or a pickup bed. It weighs 261 lb, so it is made for mobility rather than hand carrying: heavy-duty swivel casters let one person reposition it around a patio, deck or tailgate spot.
02 · Elevation system
The same control, scaled down
Turn the wheel and the 16.75" x 12" main grate moves from 1.7" to 9" above the coals. It is the same idea as Tagwood's full-size grills: you change the heat by changing the distance.
03 · Brasero and cooking zones
A full asado in 267 sq. in.
The firebrick-lined brasero lights wood or charcoal quickly and keeps the flames apart from the food. Above it, a 12" x 7" height-adjustable secondary grate sears over live fire, while the main grate, an interchangeable griddle and S-shaped hooks handle the rest of the meal.
04 · Side table and fire access
Cook for the crowd that shows up
A side table with a built-in bottle opener gives you room to work, and the front access door lets you feed the fire without reaching over the grate.
