The Tagwood BBQ09SS is an insert-style Santa Maria grill engineered to drop into a custom masonry or stainless cabinet build. Crank-operated grate elevation from 1" to 10", three cooking zones, and 656 sq. in. of live-fire cooking surface — all in 304 stainless steel. This is the configuration without firebricks, for builders who want to line their own firebox or already have a brick-lined cavity ready to go.

Round Grate vs. V-Shape Grate

The round-bar grate is the traditional Argentine setup and the only variant that accepts the interchangeable griddle. The V-shape grate channels grease away from the coals — fewer flare-ups on fatty cuts — but excludes griddle compatibility. Choose your configuration above.
