Built around the clamp grill
The BBQ33SS puts the rotating clamp grill at the center: a 304 stainless steel cart with a brasero, a 23" x 23" clamp grill that turns 360 degrees, a fixed grill and a secondary grate over the fire. 1,156.5 sq. in. of cooking area for cooks who love whole cuts and slow radiant heat.
01 · 360 degree clamp grill
The asador, made easy
The 23" x 23" clamp grill holds ribs, chicken, lamb or a whole rack securely between stainless grids and rotates a full 360 degrees beside the fire. Turn it toward the heat for color, away for slow cooking, without ever handling the meat.
02 · Brasero and secondary grate
Fire, and a grate right above it
The brasero lights wood or charcoal quickly and turns it into embers for the rest of the grill. Above it, the 9" x 23.5" height-adjustable secondary grate gives you a spot to sear or warm directly over the flame.
03 · Firebricks and fixed grill
Even heat across the bed
Firebricks line the cooking bed to spread heat evenly and protect the body. The 26" x 16" fixed grill sits over the embers for steaks, sausages and vegetables, so the whole meal cooks around one fire.
04 · Cart and side table
Folds down, rolls out
The folding side table and built-in bottle opener give you room to work, and folding the table in takes the grill from 55.75" to 38.25" wide for storage. Four swivel casters with brakes move the 377 lb cart into place and keep it there.
