The BBQ54SS sits on top of a secondary grate, directly over the brasero, giving you a 120 sq. in. 304 stainless steel griddle in the hottest zone of the grill. Eggs, onions and peppers, or anything that would fall through the bars, cook beautifully here.
02 · Sear without sticking to the grate
Use it to sear fish, char mushrooms or crisp provoleta while the main grate handles the meat. It needs a secondary grate and support pole on your Tagwood grill to sit on; the pole is not included.
