Set the BBQ59SS straight over the main grate, no tools needed, and it holds heat around the food for an oven-like effect. Use it to roast small animals, bake, or cook anything that needs steady, elevated temperature.
Choose Mini, Small, Large or XL to match your grate; the XL has integrated handles. It is not compatible with BBQ02 models or with the BBQ52SS warming rack.
