The Texas Trio 3070 combines a three-burner propane grill, a charcoal cooking chamber, a 12,000 BTU side burner and an included side fire box so you can switch cooking methods without dedicating patio space to three separate appliances.
Use the gas side for quick ignition and direct grilling, the charcoal side when you want hands-on fire control, or the included side fire box to move the fire beside the main charcoal chamber for offset smoking.
The Texas Trio adds electronic ignition on the gas side, separate temperature gauges for the two main cooking chambers, cast-iron cooking grates and a large lower shelf for keeping grill tools and supplies within reach.
On the charcoal side, the EasyDump ash pan provides access to spent ash after the grill has fully cooled.
The 3070 includes the Side Fire Box. That matters when comparing this model with other combination grills because the offset-smoking component is already part of the factory configuration.
The grill also includes the gas and charcoal cooking chambers, side burner, cast-iron cooking grates, temperature gauges and lower storage shelf shown on the product.
Char-Griller currently publishes a 5-year burn-through and rust-through warranty program and identifies dual-fuel grills as a covered product category. Coverage varies by component and is subject to registration, proof of purchase, exclusions and the manufacturer’s full warranty terms.
