Napoleon Rogue PRO size guide

Choose the 425 for a compact three-burner layout, the 525 for four main burners, or the 625 for five. Confirm fuel, finish and SIB versus RSIB before ordering.

The Napoleon Rogue PRO 425, 525 and 625 SIB share a useful idea: a conventional main grilling area with a separate infrared side burner. Choose the size by the food you normally cook together, then verify the complete gas and finish SKU.

Choose room for a full meal

A wider grill becomes useful when you want a hot zone and a gentler finishing zone while vegetables or another protein cook alongside. If that is your normal routine, more main burners and grate width can be worth the space.

If you usually cook a simpler meal and have a smaller patio, a compact model can leave more room for preparation and seating. Plan with the lid open and the required clearances, not just the cabinet width.

Rogue PRO 425 vs. 525 vs. 625

Main-burner counts exclude the side burner. Compare the exact finish and fuel SKU.
Model Main burners Separate infrared side burner Choose it when…
Rogue PRO 425 SIB 3 Yes A smaller main grill fits your routine and patio
Rogue PRO 525 SIB 4 Yes You want a middle-size step up for mixed meals
Rogue PRO 625 SIB 5 Yes You regularly want more cooking zones and room

Burner count is a useful layout detail, not a promise of a particular number of servings. The size of the food, the space left between pieces and the heat zones you use all affect practical capacity.

Pick propane or natural gas before checkout

The product pages group multiple gas and finish configurations. Choose the full option that matches the supply your installer has approved. A product URL that contains “propane” or “black” does not mean every selectable variant has that fuel or finish.

Follow the exact model manual for the connection, regulator and installation requirements. Do not assume a gas conversion is permitted. Keep the gas connection and shutoff accessible as specified.

Rogue PRO 425 SIB: the compact starting point

Start here when three main burners suit the meals you normally make. The separate infrared side burner gives you another cooking surface without choosing a wider main grill solely for occasional searing.

Check the finish-specific grate specification. Napoleon lists porcelainized cast-iron main grids on the black model and stainless steel main grids on the stainless model reviewed for this guide.

Rogue PRO 525 SIB: room for a more varied meal

The 525 adds a fourth main burner. It is the middle choice when you want more room to arrange different foods but do not need the largest model in this group.

Think about a typical cook: one area for direct grilling, another for finishing, and enough space to move food between them. That is a more useful buying test than a headline burger count.

Rogue PRO 625 SIB: choose it for regular larger cooks

The 625 is the five-main-burner choice. Consider it when larger or more varied cooks are a regular part of your week and the patio can comfortably accommodate the appliance.

A bigger grill does not replace preparation space. Leave a practical path between ingredients, cooking and serving, and include cover storage and cleaning access in the plan.

PRO SIB and PRO-S RSIB are different models

The additional letter matters. The Rogue PRO SIB models compared here have an infrared side burner. Do not assume they include the infrared rear rotisserie burner associated with the PRO-S RSIB models.

A rotisserie kit and a rear burner are also separate features. If rotisserie cooking is central to the purchase, verify the exact grill, burner arrangement, compatible kit and included items before checkout.

Warranty and ownership

Napoleon lists a 15-year limited warranty for these Rogue PRO models. Coverage is subject to the written component terms, exclusions, installation and maintenance requirements. It is not a promise that every part receives identical coverage under every use.

Choose the finish for both its appearance and the specified cooking-grid material. Keep the model and serial information with the purchase documents, and follow the manufacturer’s cleaning and storage instructions.

Questions before you buy

Does the 625 have five burners including the side burner?

It has five main burners plus a separate infrared side burner. The table counts only the main burners.

Does a Rogue PRO SIB include a rear infrared burner?

Do not assume that it does. Rogue PRO SIB and Rogue PRO-S RSIB are different configurations; verify the exact product specification.

Should I choose 425, 525 or 625?

Use your normal cooking layout and available space. Start with 425 for a compact format, 525 for a middle-size step up, and 625 for regular cooks needing more main-grill room.

Where can I check the current price?
